What others say...

This has been the most life changing experience for me and my health. Since coming to Roger I managed to loose more weight then I thought I would in a short 12 week challenge, his extensive knowledge and cutting edge technology gave me the head start to my healthier life style. I will continue my journey with them, they have encouraged me to eat healthier and be more active. I am able to do more with my kids and can definitely see a difference in my physical health. Very pleasant, professional and efficient! Highly recommend!

Roger was really supportive and helpful even after my testing was done. He booked me in with one of the dieticians, Sammy, and she was incredible! She was so down-to-earth and could answer all of my questions. She considered my training, goals, lifestyle/routine and even my partner’s preferences. She made a meal plan with so many options. I have 3 options to choose from for each meal, each day, and a recipe for everything! I just can’t say how incredible Roger and Sammy have been, I’m so grateful for their wisdom and support! Couldn’t ask for more.

FAQ

There are no silly questions. Please reach out if your question isn't listed 🙂

Nutritionists may or may not be tertiary qualified professionals, providing a range of nutrition based services. Whilst every dietitian can be considered a nutritionist not all nutritionists are dietitians. The title of being a dietitian is regulated by a governing body, Dietitians Australia (DA). DA requires its members to have undertaken tertiary education which has included substantial theory and has made assessments on professional practice in the clinical setting.

A full list of the skill sets of a dietitian can be found at National Competency Standards for Dietitians.

No! In a Dietitians Australia position statement. It has been recognised that outcomes of telehealth delivered dietetic consultations did not compromise quality of service. Rather, the implementation of telehealth appointments may address service inequalities, increasing access for people regardless of location, income or literacy level.
